YouTube video analyser
Research
Paste any public YouTube URL and get two things kept deliberately apart: what is measured, and what is interpreted. The measured half is API facts and arithmetic — how far it beat its channel's median, words per minute, pacing across thirds. The interpreted half is a reading of the hook, the story shape, the retention devices and the CTA timing.
What it does
- Works on any public video, not only your own
- Keeps measured figures and model interpretation in separate panels so you always know which you are reading
- Ends with what it could not assess, rather than filling the gap
- Produces a shareable link if you want to send the report to someone
What you bring
A YouTube URL. A video with captions gives a much better read.
What you get
A structured report, saved to your library, with every measured figure dated.
What it costs
12 credits for videos up to 30 minutes, plus 1 per additional 10 minutes.
What it cannot do
The analysis half is a model reading captions and metadata. It is a considered opinion, not a measurement, and it is labelled that way throughout. It cannot see retention curves, click-through rate or traffic sources, because those live in the owner's analytics and no tool outside them can read them. The channel comparison is also withheld on a video older than the channel's recent uploads: the baseline would describe a different period than the one it was published in.
